见血清石油醚部位化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents from Petroleum Ether Fraction of Liparis nervosa

目的:研究见血清石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,通过波谱数据及核对文献鉴定化合物的准确结构。结果:从见血清的石油醚部位分离得到7个化合物,分别是Moscatin(1),山药素Ⅲ(2),香柑内酯(3),异茴芹素(4),花椒毒素(5),欧前胡素(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:化合物3-7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1-7为首次从见血清中分离得到。

This article was aimed to study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction of Liparis nervosa. Chemical compounds were isolated and purified through various chromatography techniques. The accurate structures of chemical compounds were confirmed with spectral data and literatures. The results showed that 7 chemical constituents were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of Liparis nervosa, which were moscatin（1）, batatasin Ⅲ（2）, bergapten（3）, isoimpinellin（4）, xanthotoxin（5）, imperatorin（6） and β-sitosterol（7）. It was concluded that chemical constituents 3-7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. And chemical constituents 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
