摘要
轻质烧结页岩砖是一种新型墙体材料,抗压强度是其重要指标之一,吸水率是影响耐久性的关键因素,烧成收缩率表示页岩砖干燥后在陪烧过程中体积和长度收缩的物理量。通过控制升温速率、烧结温度高低以及保温时间分别测试轻质页岩砖的抗压强度、吸水率和烧成收缩率,为合理制定轻质页岩砖烧结工艺提供一定的试验数据和理论依据。
Light shale-sintered brick is a new wall material,the compressive strength is one of the important indicators,water absorption is a key factor affecting the durability, firing shrinkage rate represents the physical quantity of volume and length contraction during burning process after drying of shale bricks. By controlling the heating rate,sintering temperature and holding time,compressive strength,water absorption and firing shrinkage of low light shale brick were tested,providing some experimental data and theoretical basis for the rational development of lightweight shale brick sintering process.
