摘要
测试了混凝土的电通量、抗压强度耐蚀系数、相对动弹性模量和质量损失率等指标,并进行SEM分析,比较了免蒸压PHC管桩混凝土和蒸压PHC管桩混凝土的耐久性能。结果表明:免蒸压管桩混凝土的电通量明显低于蒸压管桩混凝土,抗压强度耐蚀系数高于蒸压管桩混凝土,相对动弹性模量高于蒸压管桩混凝土,质量损失率低于蒸压管桩混凝土,耐久性优于蒸压混凝土。
In this paper,the durability of non-autoclaved PHC pile concrete and autoclaved PHC pile concrete was compared by testing the electric flux,the corrosion coefficient of compressive strength, relative dynamic elastic modulus, mass loss rate etc, and combining with SEM micro-analysis. Test results show:non-autoclaved pile concrete's electric flux significantly lower than au- toclaved concrete's,the corrosion coefficient of compressive strength and relative dynamic elastic modulus of non-autoclaved pile concrete are higher than the autoclaved pile concrete,non-autoclaved pile concrete's mass loss rate less than autoclaved concrete's. Experimental data shows that the durability of non-autoclaved pile concrete is superior to autoclaved pile concrete.
