京津冀高校协同发展的战略模式和路径探索

An Exploration of Strategic Model and Path of the Coordinated Development of Universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》的贯彻实施对区域高等教育和高校发展提出了应然要求,而组建战略联盟是实现高校协同发展的战略选择,这既是高校联盟的内生性价值诉求,也是区域内协同和区域间竞争的现实需要。京津冀高校通过组建育人联盟、师资联盟、校地联盟、智库联盟、创新联盟、创业联盟,在享有京津冀协同发展的资源红利和政策支持的同时,也要为推进实施京津冀协同发展做出应有的贡献。

The implement of ＂ Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Plan＂ calls for development of regional higher education. The strategic alliance will provide universities in this region with new routes in their coordinated development. This is an essential mission of the university alliance and also the real needs of the collaboration and competition with universities in a general sense. The universities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should not only benefit from the resources and policy support, but also seek to promote coordinated development, through organizing and sustaining education alliances, faculty alliances, university-government alliances, think tank alliances, innovation alliances, and entrepreneurship alliances,etc.
