摘要
对教学专业的误读将会对教师教育研究和实践领域都产生非常严重的消极影响。论文借助专业主义视角,从内涵、特征和过程三个方面对教学专业做了理论解释,初步建构了认识教学专业的理论框架。通过对"教学专业是什么"、"它应具有哪些特征",以及"教学专业的实现是怎样一个过程"等教学专业和教师教育领域内三个本源性问题的回答,论文既从静态角度揭示了教学专业的独特性与应有的规定性,也从动态角度阐释了教学专业的发展过程,对教学专业具有一定的解释意义。
Misunderstanding of teaching profession will bring enormous negative impact on both teacher education research and practice. Using the perspective of professionalism,the paper explained the connotation,characteristics and process of teaching profession theoretically. By answering three basic questions in teacher education area— "what is teaching profession","what characteristics does teaching profession have " and "what does teaching profession 's professionalization process look like",the paper not only reveals the uniqueness and prescriptive specialties of teaching profession from a static point of view,but also explains development of the teaching profession from a dynamic point of view,and that's why this research could be valuable for a better understanding of teaching profession.
