摘要
"复合型"特殊教育教师培养是当前我国特殊教育教师队伍建设的重要内容。本文首先梳理近年来我国关于特殊教育教师培养的相关文件,并分析中国特殊教育、随班就读发展对教师培养的需求,指出"复合型"特殊教育教师培养的必然。进而,基于对特殊教育教师多重角色的分析,阐释"复合型"特殊教育教师的内涵。最后提出了"复合型"特殊教育教师培养的建议。
"Multi-qualified"is an important element in special education teacher preparation in China. This study summarizes official governmental documents pertaining to "multi-qualified"special education teacher preparation and explains the requirement and challenge for teacher preparation brought by the development of special education and inclusive education,which makes "multi-qualified"a necessary principle in special education teacher preparation. Then,the meaning of"multiqualified"special education teachers is explained based on the multiple roles of special education teachers. Finally,suggestions for "multi-qualified"special education teacher preparation are given.
