摘要
本研究以一位农村教师的口述史,研究中国农村教师身份认同及其影响因素。发现教师的身份认同是个体与所生活的时代、社会现实环境,他人、师道传统等互动中形塑的。本研究的个案说明,个体的理想、自我意识在与宏大的社会历史背景和现实生活环境的互动中显得被动且无力,而传统师道又让他的身心分裂。但无论如何,面对强大的社会现实,农村教师的身份认同需要更多的外在支持。
This research focuses on the identity of rural area teachers of contemporary China based on a case study of a rural teacher's oral history. The study found that the teacher's identity is shaped by the interaction of the individual teacher and his( her) social background,social reality,others and the social tradition of teachers. The case study of this research shows that the individual teacher's ideals and self-consciousness appears passive and powerless in the interaction with the great social historical background and the real-life environment,while the social tradition of teachers is letting his( her)physically and psychologically spited. And then,to face of the strong social reality,rural teachers' identity requires more external support.
