摘要
"大创"项目是本科生参与科研和创新活动的重要形式。对华中科技大学参与"大创"项目的31名理工科大学生负责人的研究经历和收获进行访谈,并对收获进行归类及频次统计,发现学生的收获从多到少依次是技能、对研究生教育/职业道路的选择和准备、对专业知识的理解和运用、心理和社会性收获、对科研工作所需品质和态度的体认五个方面。"大创"项目是一种具有充分专业价值的学习经历,学生在专业知识、解决问题能力、人际沟通能力、自信心、坚持和毅力等方面的收获与创新素质有密切关系,属于大学生创新素质的发展。将本科生科研纳入人才培养的正式制度中、与课程形成互动关系是创新人才培养改革的可为之举。
"National College Students Innovation and Entrepreneursbip Training Plan" is an important form for undergraduates to participate in scientific research and innovation activities. In this study, 31 undergraduates in Huazhong University of Science and Technology who participated in "National College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurs'hip Training Plan" were interviewed about their research experiences and benefits, and their benefits were classified and the frequencies of their benefits were counted. The results suggested that from more to less, the benefits in turn were skills,selection and preparation of postgraduate education/career path, understanding and use of professional knowledge, other individual benefits and awareness to the qualities and attitude required by research. It is thus clear that "National College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan" is a kind of learning experience with full professional value, and it can help innovative talents training. Accordingly, undergraduate research and innovation activities should be brought into the formal talent training system in which it can interact with courses,which is a substantially feasible measure for innovative talent training reform.
