摘要 面向社会发展开展科学技术研究以满足社会需求,为当今人类面临的许多重大社会问题提供科学合理的解决方案,是当今大学跨学科研究组织协同创新的定位和目标。在加州大学伯克利分校,为了解决人类面临的紧迫的诸如环境和医疗保障等社会问题,造福社会的信息技术研究中心创新研究战略目标,科学设计组织管理体制,合理构建运行机制,不断将研究成果产业化和社会化,将信息技术创新与实现社会利益紧密地结合在一起,实现协同创新。 It is the orientations and goals for the collaborative innovation of university interdisciplinary research organization to meet the social needs based on the social development and provide scientific solutions to mankind for many major social problems. In order to solve mankind's most pressing social problems, such as environmental and health care problems, the center for information technology re- search in the interest of society at UC Berkeley creates innovative strategic objectives, design scientific management system, construct reasonable operation mechanism and promote the industrialization and socialization of research results, as well as integrate information technology innovation with social interests, which achieve collaborative innovation.
