摘要
科研经费对研究型大学具有重要意义,不仅给研究型大学带来可观的收入,而且带来了学术声誉;同时还保障了研究型大学科研的可持续性,支撑了研究型大学高水平的研究。从本质上讲,科研经费是大学从事创新的必要物质基础,是一个大学创新活力和创新能力的标志,是教师科研活跃度的直接体现。这是世界一流研究型大学追求科研经费的内在的深层次动因。
As an important concern to research universities, scientific research funds would not only bring in an amount of income and academic reputation, but also guarantee the sustainability of scientific researches and support the high-level researches. Essentially, scientific research funds act as the material basis of innovation in universities, as well as the symbol of money, honor and status, motivating universities to pursue more funds.
