An Analysis of the Teaching Supervision Operation in Higher Education Institutions Based on Evolutionary Game Theory

教学督导是高校为积极适应教学改革和发展需要,对教学工作实施监督与指导的一项制度,是学校教学质量监控体系中的重要组成部分。从信息经济学理论视角,运用演化博弈理论方法建立教学督导博弈模型,明确高校建立教学督导机制的必要性,提出优化教学督导机制对策建议。

As an important part of the teaching quality monitoring system, Teaching Supervision aims to monitor and guide the teaching, thus promoting the teaching reform and development in higher education institutions. From the perspective of the information economics theories, the author adopts Evolutionary Game Theory to establish a game model of teaching supervision to clarify the necessity of establishing such a mechanism in higher education institutions and propose related optimization suggestions.
