土建类专业教学改革对接执业资格注册制度的实践探索 被引量:14

Exploration on the Combination of the Teaching Reform in Civil Engineering Education and the Practicing Qualification Registration System

摘要 以执业资格注册制度为导向,面对土建类专业必须回归工程教育本质的现实,从培养目标定位、能力要求、课程体系和实践教学体系、课程教学内容和教学方法、课程考核与学业评价、毕业设计(论文)、师资队伍建设和校企合作等方面进行全方位的改革,与执业资格注册制度相对接,既满足建筑行业对学生实践动手能力的要求,又适应行业企业对企业员工获得职业资格证书的迫切需求;校内注册工程师模拟考试的实施,有效检验了教学改革的实施效果。经过近两年的实践探索,逐步形成了湖北文理学院土建类专业"双证通融"的高层次应用型人才培养特色。 In Accordance with the Practicing Qualification Registration System and the fact that the civil en gineering education must return to the nature of education, the teaching reform is a comprehensive re form which involves the cultivation objectives, the ability requirements, the curriculum and practice system, the teaching content and methods, the evaluation and assessment, the graduation projects, the construction of teaching stuff and the university-enterprise cooperation. The combination of the teaching reform and the Practicing Qualification Registration System would not only meet the demands of the construction industry for students' practical abilities, but also meet the urgent needs of industry enterprises for stuff's professional qualifications. Moreover, the implementation of mock examina tion for registered engineers provides effective evaluation of the teaching reform. After two years' ex ploration and practice, Hubei University of Arts and Science has found its own way to cultivate applied talents of civil engineering, combining academic education and qualification training.
