春播谷子品种(系)生态适应性鉴定及主成分分析 被引量:26

摘要 比较18份春播谷子品种(系)的农艺性状及其生育期,分析春播谷子品种农艺性状的遗传变异及其相关性。结果表明,茎秆重、穗粒重及单穗重的变异系数较大,千粒重和出谷率的变异系数较小;穗长和穗柄长、单穗重、穗粒重及产量间相关性不显著(P>0.05);单穗重和穗粒重间相关系数达极显著水平(P<0.01)。对7个表型性状主成分分析结果显示前4个主成分的累计贡献率达92.10%,单穗重和穗粒重可作为评价谷子品种的首选性状,其次为株高和穗柄长最后是千粒重因子。 Eighteen spring millet varieties were employed for phenotypic identification and genetic analysis. The re- sults showed that the variation coefficients of stem weight, grain weight and single ear weight were larger, while those of 1000 - grain weight and grain rate were smaller. There was a positive correlation between ear length and peduncle length, single ear weight, grain weight and yield, but did not reach significant level ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , the correlation be- tween single ear weight and grain weight reached of 18 millet varieties was analyzed by using the rate of four principal components to variance was indicators of foxtail millet phenotypic variations, significant level (P 〈 0.01 ). The genetic correlation of seven traits principal component analysis methods. The cumulative contribution 92.10% ,grain weight and single ear weight could be used as main the next was plant height and peduncle length ,the last was 1000 -grain weight.
