直肠黏液腺癌35例磁共振成像的诊断特征及其评估价值 被引量：2

摘要 瘤体细胞外黏液成分〉50％的直肠腺癌为直肠黏液腺癌，占直肠癌的5％～10％，预后较差。本研究根据术后组织病理学结果，对比术前MRI测量的肿瘤累及肠管范围，以期提高MRI对直肠黏液腺癌诊断和评估的认识。
