肠道菌群通过影响调节性T细胞参与炎症性肠病发病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 IBD是一类主要累及消化系统的自身免疫性疾病，包括CD和UC。IBD病因尚未明确，诊断及治疗相对复杂，患者肠道的炎性反应反复发作，生命质量低下。近30年来，发展中国家的IBD发病率不断上升，提示环境因素的改变与发病显著相关，其中饮食习惯西方化、抗生素的广泛应用更是IBD的重要危险因素。这些因素能够造成肠道菌群改变，从而影响肠道内环境的稳定。
