College Teachers' Vocational Abilities in the Context of“Internet+Classroom Teaching”: challenges and suggestions

随着互联网技术的深入发展,大数据时代的到来,教育在经历一场全新的变革。传统课堂教学与互联网的结合拓展了教育的时间和空间,更有利于教学质量的提高,但同时也给教师的课堂教学活动、数据处理能力、信息采集和有效利用等带来了挑战。相关对策建议是:转变教学理念、更新知识结构、改变教学模式以提高课堂教学能力;培养数据意识、掌握数据处理技术以提升数据操控能力;增强挖掘、整合、利用信息的能力以培养数据素养。

With the further development of internet technology and the arrival of the big data era,education is going through a brand-new reform. The combination of traditional classroom teaching and the internet expands time and space of the education,which is not only beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality,but also brings the new challenges to the teacher,such as classroom teaching ability,excavating,analyzing and using the data and network information. Relevant countermeasures are：change teaching idea,update the knowledge structure,change teaching mode to improve classroom teaching capacity;develop data consciousness and master data processing techniques to improve the capacity of data manipulation;strengthen the ability of information mining,information integration and use of information to cultivate network information accomplishment.
