摘要
该研究利用一种真菌纯培养和多种真菌混合培养降解玉米秸秆产生可发酵糖,并对秸秆生物降解液进行发酵生产乙醇,同时研究了玉米秸秆生物降解液发酵生产乙醇的最佳条件。结果表明:采用绿色木霉和黑曲霉混合培养降解秸秆时的纤维素酶活力高于其它6种降解方式;利用绿色木霉和黑曲霉组成的混合菌对秸秆进行降解后得到的降解液生产乙醇,在秸秆降解时间为120 h,酵母发酵时间为24 h,酵母接种量为15%,温度为28℃,初始p H为3.5~5.5时保持较高的乙醇产率,乙醇含量最高值可达11.85 mg/m L,乙醇得率由56.86%提高至66.67%。
This study used pure culture fungi and mixed culture fungal degradation of corn straw to produce fermentable sugars,using degradation liquid of maize straw for fuel ethanol fermentation. At the same time,the optimum condition for ethanol fermentation of corn straw biodegradation liquid was studied. The test results showed cellulase activity higher than that of the other 6 degradation methods,when using Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger degrading liquid mixed culture;Using degradation liquid for fuel ethanol fermentation,the test results showed the degradation time of straw 120 h,fermentation time of 24 h,inoculum concentration was 15%,fermentation temperature was 28 ℃,initial p H value of 3.5 ~5.5,under these conditions,the actual ethanol concentration of up to 11.85 mg/m L. The ethanol yield was increased from 56.86% vol to66.67%vol.
