微小RNA在骨关节炎炎症代谢机制中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 OA是最常见的慢性关节疾病,随着年龄增长,发病率呈逐年增加趋势。其主要病理改变是关节软骨缺损和软骨下骨质增量。危险因素除了女性、高龄、肥胖、外伤、遗传等,一系列炎症反应及代谢因子在OA发病过程也发挥一定作用。
