摘要
采用现代分离方法对产自西双版纳的大苞藤黄进行了化学成分研究,从中分离鉴定了1个新的黄酮类化合物(1)。通过高分辨质谱、红外、紫外、1D和2D NMR等波谱数据分析,最终将该化合物鉴定为7-methoxy-4',6-dihydroxy-8-isobutyryl-flavone。测定了该新黄酮的抗烟草花叶病毒活性,结果显示其具有显著的抑制烟草花叶病毒作用,对烟草花叶病毒的相对抑制率为28.2%。
A phytochemical investigation on the stems of Garcinia bracteata collected from Xishuangbanna resulted in the isolation of a new flavone. By analysis of the HRESIMS,IR,UV,1D and 2D NMR spectra,the structure of the new compound was determined as7-methoxy-4',6-dihydroxy-8-isobutyryl-flavone( 1). Compound 1 was also tested for its anti-tobacco mosaic virus( TMV) activity. Results suggested the 1 possessed remarkable anti-TMV activity,with an inhibition rate of 28. 2%.
