Under the background of the rapid development of learning society and micro-lesson technology, the reforms of the mu- tually-recognized credits have become the trend in the development and reform of higher education. The mutually-recognized credits system in adult higher education is an important part of it, which allows the learners to recognize their learning credits in a variety of forms. By analyzing the necessity and deficiency of constructing the mutually-recognized credits system in adult higher education, the system could be buih based on the Personal Integrity Account and the micro lesson, so that the learning credits could be recognized ev- ery time in every place by everyone.
