Exploration and Application of Online Education in Adult Education in Local Universities

地方院校是我国成人高等教育的中坚力量,与重点大学相比,在现代远程教育改革与试点方面起步晚,投入少,在如何开展成人高等教育网络教学方面往往经验不足。基于此,结合石家庄铁道大学成人高等教育网络教学改革,针对其中的教学平台建设、在线开放课程建设、规章制度建设和人员培训等关键问题进行研究探索与应用实践。

Local universities are the backbone of adult education in our country. Compared with the key universities, it started late and invested less in the modern distance education reform and pilot, which results in lacking of experiences in carrying out adult education network teaching. Based on the reform of adult education network teaching of Shijiazhuang Railway University, the explora- tion and application are carried out in view of teaching platform construction, online open courses construction, rules and regulations system construction and personnel training and other key issues.
