农村社区教育发展的问题与出路——基于常州市孟河镇东陆村社区教育现状的调研

Blocks and Ways of Community Education Development in Rural Areas——Based on the Case Study of Education Situation in Donglu Village Community in Changzhou

常州市孟河镇积极推进农村社区教育,成立了社区教育中心,下属村委成立了社区教育站,对农村社区教育工作十分重视,农村社区教育工作得到了不同程度的发展。选择在常州市孟河镇东陆村开展调查问卷与走访了解相结合的农村社区教育现状调研,发现社区教育存在一些问题需要解决。在开展农村社区教育时需要加大宣传力度,多方联动发展,结合自身需求,突显自身特色,加大农村社区教育投入。

Community education is actively promoted in Menghe, Chaugzhou. Community education centers arc built and more community education branches are formed in the villages. Because of the increasing attention, community education in rural areas has been developed rapidly. This paper is based on the questionnaires about community education and surveys among the village dwellers and village officials. After the analysis of questionnaires and surveys, some problems about community education in rural areas are found. More publicities about community education and more parties for mutual development are necessary. For its long-term develop- ment, community education should start from its own needs, has its unique features and be invested with more funds.
