摘要 目的探讨超声引导技术在桡动脉再次穿刺置管的应用。方法需再次桡动脉穿刺置管的患者22例,短轴平面外超声引导,观察桡动脉损伤状况,记录穿刺置管成功率。结果超声下桡动脉损伤的类型包括血管痉挛、管腔闭塞、血肿形成等;21例患者再次同侧穿刺成功,成功率95%;有一例需更换至对侧穿刺。全组患者未见其他并发症。结论超声引导用于桡动脉再次穿刺置管成功率高,并发症少,是必要的补救措施。 Objective To explore the application of ultrasound guided in radial artery re-cannu-late.Methods The ultrasound guided short axis,out-of-plane radial artery re-cannulate was per-formed on 22 patients.Observe the injury of vessle,record the success rate.Results The type of artery destruction includes vascular spasm,dissection,occlusion,as well as hematoma.Twenty-one cases succeeded;Only one needed puncture catheter in contralateral.Conclusion Guided Ultrasound can be employed in radial artery re-cannulate with higher success rate and less complications.
