工会要在致力推进和谐劳动关系中发挥重要作用

Trade Unions Shall Strive to Promote Harmonious Labor relations

构建和谐的劳动关系,对党和国家事业发展全局具有重大意义。工会要抓住《中共中央国务院关于构建和谐劳动关系的意见》颁布实施的重大契机,着力推进和谐劳动关系的建设:一是要加深对协调劳动关系重大意义的认识,切实担当起自身的职责;二是要积极参与协调劳动关系的体制机制建设,强化协调劳动关系的制度效应;三是要不断提高工会干部解决相关实际问题的能力和水平。

Stable harmonious labor relation is very significant for the whole development situation of CPC and China. Trade unions must seek the opportunity of implementing the Proposal of CPC State Council for Building Harmonious Labor Relation, to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations： first, deepen the understanding of great significance of coordinating labor relations and take responsibilities in practice; second, take an active part in building the labor relation coordination mechanism and strengthen the systematic effect of coordinating labor relations; third, keep improving the capacity of trade union cadres solving real problems
