摘要
为全面掌握企业依法开展工资集体协商情况,天津市总工会民管部近期在部分签订工资集体协议的企业中试点实施了工资集体协商测评体系工作。通过测评,积累了经验,并对发现的问题进行了深入思考并提出对策。
In order to comprehensively grasp the situation of enterprises developing the collective wage bargaining according to law, Tianjin Federation of Trade Union Democratic Management Department has made experiments in the collective wage bargaining evaluation system among part of the enterprises who have signed the bargaining contract. Through the evaluation, it accumulates the experience, further thinks about the problems, and puts forward the countermeasures
