国外团队教学模式研究

Study on Team Teaching in Foreign Countries

在国外,团队教学已实施多年。该教学模式虽存在弊端,但其不仅有利于教学质量的提高,而且有助于师资队伍的建设。在分析多种团队教学模式以及团队教学模式利弊的基础上,提出要通过多种教学模式的结合、政策引导、团队科学组成等措施有效实施团队教学,这对促进我国高职教育的发展具有重要意义。

Team teaching has been implemented for many years in foreign countries. Although it has some drawbacks,it is helpful to the improvement of teaching quality and the construction of teaching staff. Based on analysis on some kinds of team teaching and their advantages and disadvantages,this paper suggests to carry out team teaching by combination of several teaching models,policy guiding,scientific establishment of team etc,which is of great significance to improve the development of our country’s higher vocational education.
