善治:高校网络舆论引导的必然选择

Good Governance—The Inevitable Choice of Guiding the Network Public Opinion in Colleges and Universities

我国在自媒体愈发达和社会问题频发的环境下转型,网络舆论也进入高发期,高校难以独善其身。从善治视野看,高校网络舆论引导主要存在责任意识不强、信息公开不够、组织保障不完善、法律制度不健全等问题,要从强化责任意识、校务信息透明、完善组织保障、健全法律制度等方面提升高校网络舆论引导能力。

Along with our country’s transition,we-media is becoming more and more developed and social issues are occurred more and more frequently,and the network public opinions are entering the critical periods,and the colleges and universities can not mange alone. From the perspective of good governance,the problems of guiding the network public opinions in colleges and universities are the lack of the responsibility consciousness,insufficient information disclosure,imperfect organization guarantee and legal system. We should take measures of strengthening the sense of responsibility,making the transparency of school administration information,improving the organizational guarantee,and perfecting the legal system to enhance the guiding ability of network public opinions in colleges and universities.
