摘要
目前我国多数高职院校陆续开展了职业指导工作,但是部分高职院校职业指导以毕业生的就业环节为主,忽略学生作为职业指导主体主观能动性,导致职业指导效果不明显。针对这一现象,提出了将"以学生为本"的教育理念运用到大学生职业指导工作的全过程,在分析了职业指导实施"以学生为本"客观要求的基础上,从职业指导人员的理念、职业指导内容的设置、职业指导途径的选取、职业指导过程的安排、职业指导评价的运用等四个方面阐述了贯彻以学生为本的职业指导具体做法。
At present,the majority of our higher vocational colleges continue to carry out the work of career guidance,but career guidance in some higher vocational colleges is graduates employment-based,ignoring the students ’ subjective initiative,which weakens the career guidance effect. Aiming at this,this paper puts forward the concept of applying " student-oriented" education to the overall process of college students career guidance. Based on the analysis of the objective requirements of career guidance,the article expounds the implementation of student-oriented career guidance from the aspects of the philosophy,content settings,idea of career guidance,ways of selection,arrangement of the process of career guidance in practice.
