新媒体环境下高职院校学业帮扶体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Academic Support System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Media Environment

随着高职院校生源质量的持续下滑,学风建设面临的问题日益严峻,影响了人才培养的质量。高职教育的健康发展以及学生个人的成长赋予高职院校构建学业帮扶体系的重要意义。高职院校导师制的缺位、教育的功利主义、教师教学科研任务繁重等问题的存在,影响了学业帮扶体系的构建。在新媒体环境下,高职院校可以通过加强学业帮扶网络平台建设、吸纳不同类型群体参与、利用新媒体平台拓展帮扶路径和完善帮扶工作考核评价等方式促进学业帮扶体系建设。

With the continuous decline of the quality of students in higher vocational colleges,the problem of the construction of academic atmosphere is becoming more and more serious,which has affected the quality of cultivating talents. Constructing academic support system in higher vocational colleges is important to the healthy development of higher vocational education and students＇ personal growth. The absence of the tutor system in higher vocational colleges,the utilitarianism of the education,the problems of the teachers＇ teaching and scientific research tasks,affect the construction of the system of academic support. Under the new media environment,higher vocational colleges can promote the system construction by strengthening the network platform construction,absorbing different types of staff participation,expanding the path by using new media platform and promoting the construction of academic support system.
