单人双通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术46例报告

Doublechannels after Laparoscopic Surgical Treatment of Renal Cyst by Single Person: 46 Cases Report

目的评价一种新的肾囊肿腹腔镜手术技巧,使该术式更加微创及有效。方法 2012年7月至2014年6月,我科采用单人双通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿46例,记录相关指标。结果 44例获得成功,且手术效果良好。结论单人双通道后腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿较传统三通道术式更加微创、操作更加简洁,具有临床推广价值。

Objective The Evaluation of a new kind of renal cyst laparoscopic surgical skills to make the surgery more minimally invasive and effective. Methods From July 2012 to June 2014,46 patients with simple renal cyst were treated in our department,with the method that double channels after laparoscopic surgical by single person. Record relevant indicators. Results 44 cases were achieve success,and the operation effect were good. Conclusion Double channels after laparoscopic surgical treatment of renal cyst by single person was minimally invasive operation,and more concise,which has clinical popularization value.
