全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术78例临床治疗体会

The Clinical Treatment Experiences of 78 Caseswith Completely Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Lobectomy

目的探讨全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的方法、安全性和疗效,并总结其临床应用经验。方法 2013年12月至2014年7月,对78例患者进行全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗。结果 70例顺利完成全腔镜下肺叶切除术,8例中转开胸手术。手术时间(157±34)min,术中失血量(210±54)m L。全部病例无围术期死亡,术后住院时间(9.7±4.5)d。结论全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、安全可靠的特点,是治疗肺部疾病重要方法。

Objective To Investigate the method,safety and efficacy of completely video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy,and summarize the clinical experience. Methods During December 2013 to July 2014,78 patients were underwent completely video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy. Results 70 patients were carried out successfully,8 patients were forced to open thoracotomy. The average surgical duration was（ 157 ± 34） min,and the average bleeding amount was（ 210 ± 54）m L. There was no dead case during the operation period. The postoperative hospital stay was（ 10 ± 14） days. Conclusion Completely video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy with less trauma and quick recovery,safe and reliable characteristics,is an important method to treat lung diseases.
