齿轮减速箱密封系统内流场的数值仿真 被引量:3

摘要 针对高速列车齿轮减速箱漏油问题,以齿轮减速箱密封系统整体为研究对象,使用FLUENT数值仿真软件,采用湍流计算模型和SIMPLE算法对其进行数值分析,并针对直通型迷宫密封结构进行详细分析.研究表明:在整个密封系统中,轴向直通型密封系统主要起压降作用,也是涡流主要形成区;针对直通型密封系统改变密封设计参数对其进行优化分析,结果表明:泄漏量随着空腔长度增加而减少,建议空腔长度为2.5 mm;泄漏量随着齿高的增加先减少后增加,因此建议齿高为1.2 mm. The gearbox sealing system is taken as the research PLE algorithm are used to calculate the numerical analysis through-type sealing structure is analyzed. The studies show through-type sealing system which is the main vortex formation object, turbulence calculation model and SIMusing simulation software FLUENT, and the that in the entire sealing system, the axial region, plays a main role of lowering the pressure. The axial through-type sealing system is analyzed by changing different design parameters, and the results show that, the leakage is decreased as the cavity length increases. The recommended cavity length is 2.5 nm. With the tooth height increases, the leakage is first decreased and then increased, so the recommended tooth height is 1.2 mm.
