抢修免振捣混凝土强度发展与早期收缩

Intensity Development and Initial Shrinkage Research on Rush-Repair Self-Compacting Concrete

摘要 伍配普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥两种水泥为主要胶凝材料,辅以试验研究复配的复合外加剂,研究制备了一类抢修免振捣混凝土(简称RSCC),分析了部分不同配合比RSCC的力学性能及强度发展规律,探究了复合外加剂中促凝组分和缓凝组分这两个因素对RSCC早期收缩的影响. By matching with sulphur aluminate cement and portland cement as the main cementitious materials and aclding experiment made compound admixtures, a kind of repair self-compacting concrete which named RSCC is prepared. The effects of different mix proportioning of the RSCC on the mechanical property and in- tensity developing are analyzed and studied, and the influence of coagulation components and delayed components initial shrinkage of the RSCC is explored.
