摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备尖晶石型CuCo_2O_4和Ag掺杂CuCo_2O_4超级电容器电极材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品形貌和结构进行了表征.采用循环伏安、恒流充放电、循环寿命对其电化学性能进行了测试.结果表明,在1 A/g电流密度下,CuCo_2O_4和Ag(9%)掺杂CuCo_2O_4电极材料的比电容值分别达到了261.7和277.8 F/g,经过1 000次循环后,Ag(9%)掺杂CuCo_2O_4仍具有良好的容量保持率,比容量仍保持为初始值的89%.
Spinel CuCo2O4 and Ag doped CuCo2O4 electrode materials for supercapacitor were synthesized via a sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the surfare morphology and structure. Their electrochemical performance was investigated by cyclic vohammetry, galvanostatical charge-discharge and cycle life tests. The results show that the specific capacitances of the CuCo2O4 and Ag (9%) doped CuCo204 electrode materials respectively reach up to 261.7 and 277.8 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g and the latter exhibit an excellent electrochemical cycling stability with 89% of initial specific capacitance after 1000 continuous cycles at the same current density.
