Study of Early Security Warning of Railway Dangerous Goods Transport based on HAZOP

依据铁路危险货物运输作业流程构建安全链条,进一步采用危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法对安全链条上存在的风险进行系统分析,并以铁路黄磷运输为例进行实例分析,确定偏差、产生原因以及造成后果;根据HAZOP分析结果构建安全预警指标体系并详细阐述安全风险及预警等级划分;最后对铁路危险货物运输安全预警工作过程进行分析,为实际运输过程的安全预警提供思路及参考.

A security chain is proposed according to the dangerous factors are analysed on the security chain, rity warning index system is constructed and early process of security warning system, which provideds process of railway dangerous goods transport, and the taking yellow phosphorus as an example. The early secusecurity warning grade division is discussed. The whole the real transport process with ideas and references.
