颅内动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的高分辨率核磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 颅内动脉粥样硬化(intracranial atherosclerosis,ICAS)是脑卒中的主要病因[1],中国46.6%的急性缺血性脑卒中均由ICAS导致[2],且与其相关的缺血性脑血管事件的年复发风险高达17.1% ~ 38.2%[3-4].如今,随着颅内、外动脉粥样硬化高分辨率磁共振成像(high resolution MRI,HRMRI)的相关研究[5-8]日益深入,研究者发现HRMRI可有效辨别动脉粥样硬化斑块的形态、成分和评估斑块的稳定性.探讨动脉粥样硬化引发脑卒中的病理生理机制,可以达到预测缺血性脑卒中风险、指导早期预防治疗并减少脑卒中发生的目的.鉴于此,我们就ICAS斑块稳定性的HRMRI研究进展作一综述.
