武警院校实战化训练模式的转变与途径

Research on the Actual Combat Training in the CAPF Academies

针对武警院校实战化训练中存在的思想认识偏差、训练标准滞后、新型军事人才匮乏等突出问题，坚持以实战化、规范化训练为指导，通过设置教学训练内容、组织实施训练演练、强化学员战斗精神等措施，全面提高军事指挥人才的战斗能力。

To solve such current problem as deviations in understanding, a relatively backward training standard and lack of new military talents in the actual combat training of CAPF colleges, the paper introduces guidelines and proposes measures to comprehensively improve the combat capability of military command personnel. The guidelines to follow are having real combat training and insisting on standardization, and the measures include optimizing course contents,organizing and implementing military operations and therefore reviving and strenthening the fighting spirit of all cadets.
