加味四妙散对老年高尿酸血症患者血尿酸及颈动脉IMT的影响

Effect of the Modified Simiao Powder on serum uric acid and carotid artery intimal-medial thickness to elderly hyperuricemia patients

目的:探讨加味四妙散对老年高尿酸血症患者的降尿酸作用及对颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT,Intimal-medial thickness)的变化。方法:60例老年高尿酸血症患者随机分成对照组及治疗组2组各30例,对照组每天口服别嘌呤醇100mg,治疗组每天口服加味四妙散。治疗3月后检测其血清尿酸及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度水平变化。结果:老年高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平与年龄呈显著正相关(P=0.000<0.01),血尿酸水平与颈动脉IMT呈显著正相关(P=0.000<0.01),加味四妙散组较别嘌呤醇组血尿酸显著下降(t=5.126,P=0.000<0.05),IMT缩小(t=2.683,P=0.028<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症是年龄相关性疾病,且为颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,加味四妙散能降低血尿酸,减缓动脉粥样硬化的进展,有助于减少心脑血管事件的发生。

Objective： To study the effect of the modified Simiao Powder in decling serum uric acid and carotid artery intimal-medial thickness.Method： 60 cases of elderly patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group were given oral allopurinol 100 mg,control group were given oral allopurinol 100 mg,and the treatment group were administered Modified Simiao Powder daily. Then,The changes of serum uric acid and carotid intimal-media thickness levels after treatment in next three months. Result： The level of serum uric acid was positively correlated with age in elderly patients with hyperuricemia（ P = 0.000 0. 01）,blood uric acid and carotid artery IMT showed significant positive correlation（ P = 0. 000 0. 01）. Compared with the control group,serum uric acid was declined significantly（ t = 5. 126,P = 0. 000 0. 05）,and IMT decreased significantly（ t = 2. 683,P = 0.028 0. 05） in the Modified Simiao Powder group. Conclusion： Hyperuricemia is associated with age-related diseases,and the risk factor of carotid atherosclerosis; The Modified Simiao Powder can reduce blood uric acid,slow the progression of atherosclerosis,and help to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
