北京鸭腿部出血症病因调查

摘要 为探讨北京鸭腿部出血症(俗称"血腿")发病的风险因素,本研究共调查北京某肉鸭养殖基地和河北某肉鸭养殖基地24批北京鸭(16 431只)的饲养管理、运输和填饲情况,并将所收集的信息进行统计,使用二元逻辑回归分析综合量化北京鸭腿部出血症与各风险因素之间的相关性,,结果发现,引起北京鸭腿部出血的最主要因素是填饲(OR=5.826,P<0.01),其他风险因素有日龄(OR=1.286,P<0.01),肉鸭装车时间(OR=1.676,P<0.01)和运输时间(OR=0.527,P<0.01)。填饲、高日龄、较长的装车时间和短时间运输更容易引起肉鸭腿部出血。 In order to study the risk factors of hemorrhage in Peking duck' s drumsticks. We investigated the feeding manage- ment factors, transport factors, and force-feeding factors in 24 batch of ducks (a total of 17042 Peking ducks) from duck cultivate farm in Hebei Province and Beijing. Then, the binary logistic regression analysis was used to establish the correlation of those fac- tors and incidence of hemorrhage. Our results showed that the primary cause of the hemorrhage was the force-feeding (0R=5.826, P〈0.01 ) , and other factors that influenced the incidence of hemorrhage significantly were age (0R=1.286, P〈0.01 ), loading time (0R=0.527, P〈0.01 ) and transportation duration (0R=1.676, P〈0.01 ). Hence, the risk factors for hemorrhage in thigh of Peking ducks were old ages, long loading time, and short transportation duration.
