民航西北地区航空人员血脂异常及相关疾病调查分析

Survey and analysis of abnormal blood lipid and related diseases in the civil aviation personnel from northwest of China

目的 了解民航西北地区航空人员2009 2013年血脂异常相关性疾病的发病情况,并分析航空人员血脂水平的变化趋势,提出相应的防治措施及建议. 方法 统计2009-2013年民航西北地区参加空勤体检的飞行员、乘务员及安全员发生肥胖、冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成、脂肪肝、高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、高低密度脂蛋白血症的病例数,计算各疾病的患病率,并运用卡方检验进行统计学分析. 结果 5年间,民航西北地区航空人员脂肪肝的患病率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=37.393,P＜0.01）,冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及肥胖的患病率差异无统计学意义,高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症及高低密度脂蛋白血症的患病率均显著增加,年患病率差异均具有统计学意义（χ^2=13.396～81.135,P＜0.01）. 结论 民航西北地区航空人员高脂血症的患病率逐年增高,尤其以高低密度脂蛋白血症为著,血脂水平增高可能导致了脂肪肝等相关疾病的显著增加,应加强航空人员的血脂管理及相关疾病的防治工作.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of abnormal blood lipid related diseases in the civil aviation personnel in northwest of China from 2009 to 2013,to analyze the tendency of blood lipid variation and to put forward the corresponding prevention measures and suggestions.Methods The number of pilots,stewards and security guards from northwest of China,who were diagnosed with obesity,formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaque,fatty liver,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and high low-density lipoproteinemia in the medical examinations from 2009 to 2013 was counted up.The prevalence of these diseases was respectively calculated and statistically analyzed by Chi square test.Results During 5 years the prevalence of fatty liver in the aviation personnel from northwest of China showed significant difference （χ^2=37.393,P 〈 0.01）.The differences of prevalence of coronary atherosclerotic plaque formation and obesity were not statistically significant.The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and high low-density lipoproteinemia increased significantly,and the yearly prevalence showed statistical difference （χ^2=13.396-81.135,P〈0.01）.Conclusions From 2009 to 2013,the prevalence of hyperlipidemia,especially for high low-density lipoproteinemia in the civil aircrews from northwest of China was increased year by year.High blood lipid level might result in marked increases of fatty liver and other related diseases.Control of the blood lipid level and prevention of the incidence of related diseases for the aircrews should be strengthened.
