摘要
目的探讨分析超声介入治疗后医院感染患者的病原菌分布和耐药性,为制定相应干预措施提供理论依据。方法选择2010年2月-2013年2月住院行超声介入治疗的1 095例患者临床资料进行分析,送检各类标本,分离培养病原菌采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK-2病原菌鉴定药敏分析仪进行病原菌鉴定及药敏试验,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果超声介入治疗后有108例患者发生医院感染,感染率为9.86%;共分离出134株病原菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,共69株占51.49%;其中金黄色葡萄球菌36株占26.87%、铜绿假单胞菌34株占25.37%、溶血葡萄球菌26株占19.40%、鲍氏不动杆菌25株占18.66%;金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、溶血葡萄球菌、鲍氏不动杆菌对部分抗菌药耐药性较高。结论超声介入治疗是一种侵入性治疗方案,容易引起医院感染,一旦发生医院感染,应立即分离培养病原菌,并进行药敏试验,根据药敏结果选择耐药性低的抗菌药物进行积极治疗。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of patients with nosocomial infections after ultrasonic interventional therapy, and provide a theoretical basis for the intervention measures. METHODS The clinical data of 1095 cases in the hospital with ultrasonic interventional therapy during Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2013 were analyzed. All specimens were tested, the pathogens were isolated and cultured by VITEK-2 system for identification and drug sensitive test. The final results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. RESULTS Totally 108 cases had nosocomial infections, and the infection rate was 9.86%. Totally 134 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, mainly including 69 strains of gram positive bacteria (G-k bacteri- a) among which the number of Staphylococcus aureus was the largest with 36 strains, accounting for 26. 87%, followed by 34 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounting for 25.37%, 26 strains of Staphylococcus haemolyticus accounting for 19.40 %, 25 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii accounting for 18.66 %. Staphylococcus aureus, P. aeruginosa, S. haemolyticus and Acinetobacter baurnannii had high resistance to some antibiotics. CONCLUSION Interventional ultrasound is an invasive treatment, which is easy to cause nosocomial infections. Once nosocomial infection happens, clinicians should immediately isolate pathogenic bacteria, give drug sensitivity test, and choose the low resistant antibiotics for active treatment according to the drug sensitivity test results.
