6S管理在消毒供应中心一次性无菌物品仓库管理中的应用

Application of 6 Smanagement in management of disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department

目的探讨6S管理在消毒供应中心一次性无菌物品仓库管理中的应用效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法于2014年2月份采用6S管理法对消毒供应中心一次性无菌物品仓库进行管理,将其设为6S组;2014年1月份未进行6S管理设为常规组,按常规方法对消毒供应中心一次性无菌物品仓库进行管理;两组均按物品包装28 000件计算;评价两组管理应用效果,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 6S组物品完好率99.9%,人员操作合格率99.8%,物品相符率100.0%,使用科室零投诉,一次性无菌物品仓库管理质量和人员质控效果得到大幅度提升和改善,仓库管理有条不紊,工作人员取物迅速,100件物品的取物时间缩短了50.00%,真正做到不少发、不错发、不漏发,实施6S方法前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心一次性无菌物品仓库运用6S管理,提高了仓库管理的品质,保证了临床科室一次性无菌物品的安全使用,提高了员工的工作效率和整体素养,方法切实可行。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of 68 management on the management of disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment. METHODS The 6S management was adopted for the management of disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department in Feb, 2014, which was set as the 6S group; the 6S management was not conducted in Jan , 2014, which was assigned as the conventional group. The management of the disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department was conducted according to the conventional method. Totally 28 000 pieces of packed goods were calculated in both groups. The effects on the management of the disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department were evaluated, and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 13.0 software. RESULTS The intact rate of goods of the 6S group was 99.9%, the qualified rate of personnel＇s operation 99.8%, the compliance rate of goods 100.0%; the complaint to department was zero. The management quality of the disposable aseptic goods and the effect of quality control were significantly im- proved. The management of the warehouse was conducted in an orderly way, and the staff took the goods more quickly. The time of receiving 100 goods was 50.0% shortened, and the goods were accurately issued; there was significant difference before and after the implementation of 6S management （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The appli- cation of the 6S management has improved the quality of management of the disposable sterile goods warehouse of central sterile supply department, ensured the safety of use of the disposable sterile goods in clinical departments, and raise the work efficiency and comprehensive competence of the staff. It is feasible.
