血管生成素-2在脂多糖"二次打击"致大鼠急性肺损伤中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)最主要特征是多种病因诱发的弥漫性肺间质及肺泡水肿,但目前发病机制尚未完全明确[1].血管生成素(angiopoietin,Ang)是一组分泌型内皮细胞特异性生长因子,近年一些研究结果表明,Ang-2在脓毒症的炎症反应、血管渗漏等病理生理过程中起重要作用,同时也展现出广阔诊断与治疗前景[2].
