摘要 为了解含有储备元件且元件失效率受工作环境影响时,为保证系统可用度而采取的维修率,将该系统使用动态故障树表示,使用空间故障树理论确定其元件失效率分布,进而确定元件维修率的分布.提出系统运行中,期望达到的三种优化状态,并对达到这三种状态时的元件维修率分布进行确定.结果表明:在设定系统可用度T_A=0.8,工作域(工作环境条件变化范围)A_总={t∈[0,100]天∩c∈[0,50]°},并通过空间故障树确定系统元件故障率λ_(E1E2)和λ_(E3E4)后,确定在三种系统优化目标下元件故障率μ_(E1E2)和μ_(E3E4)分布. To understand the system repair rate,which contains the reserves component and component failure rate is influenced by the work environment and ensure the system availability rate caused by the maintenance,the system is described by dynamic fault tree,and the component failure rate distribution are determined by space fault tree theory,then distribution of component repair rate are determined.In this paper,the expectation of the three kinds of optimization operation of the system is presented,and the distribution of components repair rate are determined when the system achieve the three states by this method.Results show:setting the system availability TA=0.8,the work domain(scope of the changing work environmental conditions)A_总={t∈[0,100]day∩c∈[0,50]°},and after determine the system component failure rateλ(E1E2)andλ_(E3E4)by the space after the fault tree,The method can be used to determine the distribution of failure rateμ_(E1E2)andμ_(E3E4)under three kinds of system optimization target.
