摘要
沿海铁矿石港口作为我国铁矿石运输的重要节点,在其物流供应链中发挥着重要作用.以灰色关联分析为基本方法,并结合层次分析法(AHP)确定权重,通过分析铁矿石港口的影响因素来构建评价指标体系,并对大连港、营口港、唐山港、天津港、青岛港、日照港、宁波-舟山港、连云港、上海港、南通港、湛江港、防城港等12个沿海港口的铁矿石港口物流发展绩效进行评价.基于实证的研究结果表明,灰色关联分析法在铁矿石港口物流发展绩效评价中十分有效,评价最终的排序结果反映了铁矿石港口物流的发展水平,对提升我国铁矿石港口的营运水平,增强其物流竞争力有重要借鉴意义.
As an important node of the iron ore transportation, coastal iron ore ports play an important role in it's logistics supply chain. Based on the grey relational analysis as the basic method, and combined with AHP to determine the weight, this paper builds evaluation index system through the analysis of factors affecting iron ore port, and evaluate logistics development performance on 12 coastal ports of Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Tangshan Port, Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Rizhao Port, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, Lianyungang Port, Shanghai Port, Nantong Port, Fangchenggang Port. The empirical results show that the GRA method is very effective for the evaluation of the development performance of iron ore ports, for the final score result reflects the level of development of the iron ore ports' logistics, which is helpful for enhancing the operation level and logistics competitiveness of iron ore ports of China.
