基于EFCE的创新方法集成应用的评价与实证分析——以中航工业集团创新方法应用为例

摘要 通过广泛征求工程技术项目专家、管理者、技术研发人员的意见,构建了4维度12个指标的工程技术项目创新方法集成应用评价的指标体系,运用熵权模糊综合评判法(EFCE)对创新方法在工程技术项目中的集成应用水平进行评价.以中航工业航天工程项目研发团队为例进行实证调研分析,得出了创新方法集成应用的程度评价,并给出解决问题的方向. The views of experts, managers, and technology R&D staff in engineering projects were extensively solicited. Integrated evaluation index system of innovative methods in engineering projects included 4 dimensions 12 indicators was constructed, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was done to evaluate the integrated application level of innovative methods in engineering projects. AVIC aerospace project R&D team was taken for example to make empirical research, the evaluation of innovative methods integrated application degree is obtained, and the direction of problem solving was given based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a reference was provided for decision-making applications of innovative methods in other engineering projects.
