摘要
再生混凝土的多次循环使用配制混凝土可节约资源,保护环境,降低成本.试验以再生粗集料循环利用次数以和取代率为变量配制C15和C30强度等级混凝土,并对其工作性和立方体抗压强度进行了测试,结合价值工程原理对混凝土的价值进行了分析.结果表明,在配合比不强的情况下,混凝土的坍落度和立方体抗压强度随着再生粗集料循环再生利用次数的增加而降低,混凝土的强度等级越低,再生粗集料的循环次数和用量越多,混凝土的成本越低,价值系数越高.
Recycled utilization of recycled concrete to produce concrete can save resources, protect environment, and reduce the cost. The paper investigated the recycling times and replacement levels of recycled coarse aggregate on concrete workability and compressive strength, and analysis on the concrete value on value engineering theory. The results show that, with the recycling times and replacement levels increasing, the workability and compressive strength decreasing with the same concrete mix proportion; For the low strength class concrete, with the recycling times and replacement levels increasing, the concrete cost decreased and the value coefficient increased.
