针刺健侧小腿奇穴对肩关节周围炎疼痛和运动功能的恢复影响

The influence of pain and recovery of motor function in scapulohumeral periarthritis by Qi acupoint specific acupuncture

目的:观察针刺健侧小腿奇穴特效针法对肩关节周围炎患者疼痛和运动功能的影响。方法:120例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,采用董氏奇穴针灸疗法治疗,主穴为健侧董氏奇穴肾关穴,配穴为健侧四花中穴,针法采用倒马针法,再配动气针法,牵引针法,对照组采用传统针灸穴位肩三奇为治疗穴位,常规取穴与常规针法,两组均每周治疗一次,留针30min/次,5次为一疗程,观察两组患者肩关节疼痛、运动评分;比较临床治疗效果。结果:相比于治疗前,1个疗程后,肩关节疼痛、关节活动范围评分有明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组。结论:针刺健侧小腿穴位奇穴特效针法可以缓解疼痛,改善肩关节运动功能,提高肩关节周围炎的治疗效果,具有较好的恢复肩关节功能的能力。

Objective： To study the effect of Qi acupoint specific acupuncture on points of the unaffected legs on pain and motor function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 120 patients with scapulohumeral periar- thritis were randomly divided into observation group （n= 60） and control group （n= 60）. The patients in observation group received the method of Qi acupoint specific acupuncture, the main acupoint-shenguan coordinated acupoints-sihua- zhong. Acupuncture took inverse horse acupuncture combined with arteriai pulsation acupuncture and the traction acu- puncture. The control group used the main acupoint-3 points on shoulder by routinely taking acupoints and routine acu- puncture. Two groups were all acupunctured once a week keeping the needle for 30 minutes once, 5 times for one course. Compared the pain feeling and healing conditions Of 2 groups. Observed the clinical effects. Results： After one course of treatment, the score of pain and motor function of shoulder joint in two groups were all significantly improved than before. And the observation group was significantly higher than control group . Conclusion： Qi acupoint specific acupuncture on points of the unaffected legs could relieve pain and improve the motor function of shoulder joint. Thus, it can improve the treatment of inflammation around the shoulder and have a better ability to recover the function of shoulder.
