摘要
以氢化肉桂酸和甲醇为原料,经过甲酯化、氯乙酰化、硝化、乙酯化、铁酸还原、环合以及硼氢化钠还原得到标题化合物。其中,改进了原参考文献中硝基还原关环及硼氢化钠还原等反应条件,提高了目标产物的总收率,各步产物经~1HNMR表征。
7-( Hydroxymethyl)-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(~1H)-one was prepared from 3-phenylpropanoic acid and methanol via esterification,Friedel-Crafts acetylation,nitrification,cyclization and ester reduction. Among them,the reaction conditions were improved,such as the reduction of nitro group and the ester reduction by NaBH_4,and the target product yield also increases,the structures were confirmed by ~1HNMR.
