有机化学实验中产物的提纯方法在教学中的运用

Product-purified Technique in Organic Chemistry Experiment Applied to the Teaching

有机合成实验是有机化学实验中重要的教学内容,有机合成离不开产物的分离提纯。能否正确运用分离提纯方法关系到能否得到产物以及产物的收率和纯度等问题。结合个人有机合成经历,概述分离提纯方法,以启发学生灵活运用于有机合成实验中。

Organic synthesis experiment is an important content in organic chemistry experiment teaching. The process for the product＇s purification is an essential step in organic synthesis. Whether the appropriate purification techniques are used is related to the products＇ availabilities,yields and purity levels. Based on the author＇s experience for organic synthesis experiments,the several purification techniques are introduced in this work to inspire the student to be flexibly able to use those purification techniques in organic synthesis experiment.
